Clare has a YouTube channel @TheFarmyardGarden and her sunflower was 9ft 9ins and a great early contender for this years Sunflower challenge.
Cheryl is our allotment plot holder next door neighbour and so far she holds our sunflower challenge record for the biggest sunflower head of 1ft wide. She has an Instragram channel called Cheryl Gardens
Robin has a YouTube channel @RobinGardens and her sunflower was 10ft 11ins and a great contender for this years Sunflower challenge.
This is Lysandra’s sunflower and her sunflower measured 11ft 8 to 12ft 9ft 9ins and is leading so far with the Sunflower challenge for the tallest sunflower.
Danny has a YouTube channel @TheGrowUpChannel and his sunflower measured 7ft 8ins in height. We measured from the raised bed surface and not the ground so it was fair.
Elizabeth James held the record for quite a while with her 11ft sunflower so was a great early contender for this years Sunflower challenge.
Cheryl is our allotment plot holder next door neighbour and she had already taken down her sunflower so we measured the head and the stalk together at 8ft 5ins.
Annica Bjorkman was 6ft 7ins and another fabulous photo for our Sunflower challenge / grow along.
Lysandra also joined in with the largest sunflower head which measured 8 inches. She is from West Sussex.
